Dr. Brown came by way of several recommendations so I am confident that her abilities as an ENT are acceptable. She has a friendly face and is respectful. I am not happy with our experience however, as she has a philosophy that the parent should not be allowed in the room for procedures because it is ""surgery"". Obviously if she is not going to sedate an infant, the child will be very scared and the research I have done since indicates that this is not common or best practice. Absolutely Wonderful

Took out my son's tonsils and adenoids. Put all of us at ease. Answered concerns without defensiveness (who can say that about most doctors !). Surgery was quick. Recovery was normal. A polite and likeable woman.
