This is a great place to work and when you need you a/c or heater worked on the are there. I was out of a/c and the guys came out and fixed it .. I really thank them for doing that i can't be with out a/c. Now i really like that i have heat but if i need them, they would be there... Love brooks heating and air......

Our heater went out just as the temps started to really dip. Another heating company told us it would be several days before they could get the parts. I decided to call Brooks to inquire about the parts I needed. John was more than happy to help us out and had the parts on our front porch the next day! Also, Brooks prices were more reasonable than the other company.
