Editorial reviews from the web (5)

"Peerless freshness" makes for happy campers at this "laid-back" Park Slope sequel to Mary's Fish Camp that "hits the mark" with "robust" seafood and "spot-on" lobster rolls; the tabs may be "pricey" considering its "clam-shack", "wine-in-a-juice-glass" approach, but that backyard garden sure is "fantastic."

The Brooklyn outpost of the West Village seafood restaurant offers the same grub as the original---the famous and delectable lobster roll, savory ceviche, an array of freshly shucked oysters, or the changing specials of grilled or fried…

Another Manhattanite who now has more space and a backyard. Rampant oyster shucking, semi-exposed kitchen keeps it feelin' casual as you order the $22 nicoise salad. Same fingerlickin' lobster roll, same succulent oysters, same diabolical salt and pepper fried-in-the-shell shrimp, only change is that Mary's little bro plays lovable slacker to the overachieving West Village original. Retractable...

Great food but $30 for a lobster roll in bklyn is a bit much.

Could be better

This was not my first time here but I had not been here in about a year. The service was nice enough but at 7:30 on a Tuesday night they had run out of just about everything we asked for. At first we thought is was a joke because everytime we asked for

Diapers with My Lobster Roll

I had lunch here in the outdoor area, a mommy from hell changed her babies diaper on an empty table. I complained bitterly to the manager, who appeared to be afraid of her. We had to leave before we were finished with lunch. I would steer clear. A shame b

Tips about this business (4)

When to Go: Get there as early as possible for a seat outside, and to ensure the availability of popular items like the lobster roll.

What to Drink: There's no hard liquor available, but tap beer---including Boddington's and Brooklyn Brewery's East India Pale Ale--comes frosty cold and the wine list is appropriately beachy.
