I've had many MRI exams and my experience here was definitely better than other places. I went in right on time and the tech talked to me throughout the exam (though I hardly understood what he was saying with the earplugs in). I was done in 30 minutes and the doctor that injected me was very friendly and excellent with the needle...even tough I have horrible veins she got it right away and I didn't feel a thing. It usually takes 3 tries and I'm left black and blue, not here though.
My dr. was very happy with the quality of the images and the report.

My experience here was awful. I scheduled a lumbar and thoracic MRI and when we arrived at the facility they told me I could only have one of the MRI's done and would have to come back another time for the other one. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THIS when I scheduled the appointment. This is a huge inconvience for me because I am not able to drive and have to depend on a ride to get to appointments. It also messed up my doctors appointment I had scheduled. The office manager Debi was very rude and just kept saying it wasn't hurt fault that she did not schedule my appointment. Then she blamed...
