Like the other review said, the staff is nice but very high pressure sales techniques. I would completely stay away, there are plenty of vacuum shops in the city to get your vacuum and service your vacuum, there are places that will pick it up from you for free.

The staff is nice, but very pushy and too much pressure! I felt almost threatened by these guys.

When I tried to make a return, they would not accept it.

Bad Experience.
