I read a previous review on Hotels.com about the availabilty of the correct type room at check in. I had the same problem when I checked in. I was travelling with my adult son, and I requested two separate beds. The only room available had one king bed. The hotel brought in a roll-away bed for my adult son. we felt that we weren't as welcome as other guests who had purchased rooms through the hotel, rather than through a "discount" website. some of the staff were very helpful, friendly, but others (notably a concierge) were not only unhelpful but also unpleaseant. also, our room was located across from the housekeeping room and we heard no noise at all from that.
