Wow - the customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced!!! They say there are all these advantages to becoming a season ticket holder - the only thing we got was really crappy seats. I have been able to buy much much better seats before every show. I called to try to exchange and was treated more rudely than I ever have been in my entire life. Some of the shows are OK and...
