It's ok if you're not going up-scale... location absolutely RULES... right next to the beach, lots of commerce (easy to find a job) Perfect for Teens & Families with kids looking for a low cost home... Friendly Neighbors....

Just dont park on the Beach Club Side!

Worst place I have ever rented from these people are greedy. The apartments may seem cheap for the square footage but trust me they shouldnt even be charging that much for the places they are junk and old buildings. If you like being kept up all night by your neighbors than this is the place for you.

I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. The front staff as well as the on site maintenance help are rude and unsympathetic. I can't wait until I can move from them.

The Brittany is special. I enjoyed living there for the four years I did. The area is great and very quiet. Sweet neighbors, spacious apartments (huge bedrooms), tranquil lake views and a free gym membership is included! I would highly recommend The Brittany. It was a very pleasant experience.
