Maintenance is horrible. Washers consistently leak all over the laundry room floor and management refuses to address the issue except to hang signs advising residents not to use more that one washer at a time. This a a huge safety issue for a building full of senior citizens.

highly recommended because its all on one floor, the food is excellent, the management staff and driver & maintenance are excellent. I would recommend Briston Manor West a place for anyone parents to live & the price is alot cheaper then alot of other places
