We've used Brighton twice over the last years for awnings. Both times they were prompt and the awnings were delivered and installed before the date originally quoted. I can't speak for windows or doors, but for awnings they are very?
Exterior Doors: It took multiple trips to get the job finished, and the initial installer spoke very little English. They made promises they didn't keep, used different materials than originally shown.
