Horrible experience
Bright now dental billed my insurance incorrectly--spelled my name wrong and for 12 months while I was still a patient there-- never mentioned it and then I got a call from collections. I set up a payment plan because it was not re-submitted in the correct time period and would not be paid by my insurance and paid it off.(I was moving and buying a new home and did not want my credit messed up.) Now another 14months since I last went there (Dec 07) I get another call from collections for $150. Apparently the Dec cleaning was submitted incorrectly again. In Feb 08 when I set up the first payment plan I spoke with the office manager-Jesse-who is no longer there (go figure) about my prior bill, he said that my Dec bill was also not paid for. After talking to my insurance company who never got the bill, Jesse promised to resubmit the claim that day in Feb 08. In Mar of '09 I got a call from collections.The claim was not re-submitted until Nov 08--almost one year after service!! It was not covered by my insurance company who I have not had since Dec 07. This place is a disaster from the get go. No one spells anything right or submits things on time. I hope no one ever goes through what I went through!!
