I've dined here 100+ times. In recent times the quality level has decreased but still a decent spot. If you want to save a few bucks or aren't worried about sitting down to a meal : Patty's (also in Georgetown) is one of my favorite places.

This elegant restaurant is in the heart of the County Seat in Sussex County, Delaware. It is in a historic old hotel. The food is excellently prepared. The seafoos entries are well prepared. It is a must visit!
Pros: Neat old hotel, nice dining room, relaxing live music, pretty good food - nothing out of this world but did taste healthy and fresh. (Though the dinner rolls were tasteless and seemed like they were of the frozen store bought variety. But the soft pretzel that came in the basket with the rolls was delicious.).

Found this place quite by accident, but the service and food were great! We stopped in for lunch midway through a 80 mile bike ride. They accommodated us and our bikes - Giving us a great table on the front porch where we could keep an eye on our rides. Service was excellent, as was the lunch menu. Couldn't ask...
