I leased a 2015 Focus, replacing a 2010 Focus. I had decided on the model I wanted, but Patrick made sure that I understood the leasing process. I am also very grateful for the time he spent explaining the various knobs and switches on the new dashboard. My new car purchase was completely satisfactory.

Matt in service was very helpful when my '08 Fusion had a PCM issue and worked with me on repair options and giving me all the information I needed to make a decision to purchase a new car. Karl Dyke is my salesman and will be until he retires. I recommend Briarwood Ford and Karl all the time.
