My wife has taken her Mercedes to the Greeley Breeze Thru every two weeks for 6-8 months, until today. After a 3 day trip out of town, she paid for the best wash ($21, no detailing), and noticed a lot of bugs still on the car. She was told they only guaranteed to remove 80% of the bugs. So I made my second visit to your Greeley location and was not satisfied. I spent $64 to have my Avalanche washed expressed waxed and interior detail. Ask the attendants to wipe the wheels off and was told no we can't! Why not, why wash a vehicle and not complete it? I'm sorry to say put until this policy changes I will not be returning or recommending your services!

Initially, I had a bad experience with damages and wrote a poor review for this company. However, after speaking with several managers, they were able to rectify the situation. They were accommodating, professional, and resolved my problem promptly. I will continue coming to this car wash not only because they were able to resolve the issue, but because of the quality of service that I receive...

This place is the absolute worst! The noise they allow and the hours of operation are horrible! I really miss BEARS at least the management there was polite and friendly and courteous to the neighbors ( like me! ) we live next door to this place and we cannot wait to move.
