Definitely needs upgrading. Door knobs were rusty and vanity was peeling. Shutters were hanging from side of building. Room size was great. Hotel staff was polite and friendly

The staff was accomdating as long with other guests. Everyone seemed to love being there. The area was awesome for a walk to the beach. The free rides into town gave us a stress free vacation. My favorite part was it was far enough from the town but yet just as close

I was in Del Ray for one night on business and knew I wanted to sit on the beach, this hotel was great for beach access. It reminded me of the "Old Florida". The unit was a little dated but the bed was comfortable and the ocean a stone's throw away.

This is very old Florida. The Air Conditioner did not really cool the room enough for me. The TV was in the Living Room, none in the Bedroom. The carpet felt wet even when we had not been on the beach. The Breakfast consist of pre-packaged rolls, bottled juices and coffee. They do not have a toaster in the breakfast room.
