Worst people I have ever done business with. Dishonest salespeople and an angry, irrational, rude, conniving owner. Total ripoff. Go to Lowes.

Quality product but extremely over priced. Workers that showed up were fast and even though they ran into a few problems were able to quickly resolve the issue and complete the replacement of some very old windows and door in under 3 hours.

I ordered a front picture window from them. They came and installed the window in mid January. We noticed that after the window was installed that it was missing the grids inside the glass. They said they would order them. A week later I noticed the siding had blown off of my house above the area where the window was replaced. They had never reattached it to the house.
