I am satisfied with the care I receive from Dr. Braun. She is a good listener and has been very helpful with my problems over the last few years. Dealing with the office staff in person has been a satisfactory experience. Over the phone is a different situation. It has been difficult to get a call back, prescriptions refilled and records forwarded without multiple messages. This is not...
