Bibliophiles who start here might not get any other shopping done. This marvelous store near Macy's buys and sells used, rare, and out-of-print titles, and second-generation owner Kenneth Gloss does free appraisals. Be sure to check the carts out front for good deals on books of all ages. Closed Sunday.

My best friend's father is a used book dealer and we grew up going to the Brattle Book store with him. At a younger age, I didn't fully appreciate how wonderful the selection was, but I am now constantly amazed at the treasures held within the store. A definite must for anyone who appreciates rare books.

There is something for everyone in this book stores. i enjoy just going in and browsing. They have so many books you would not believe. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. The location is great. It is a great way to spend an hour or so. If you need a book go here. I am sure you will find what you are looking for .

I love to shop at the Brattle Book Shop. It is a great shop if you are looking for antique books. I have found first editions of old books that I could not find anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. It is a great place to go and browse around. Everyone should check this store out!
