Welcome to Brand BBQ Market! While we have the good ole mainstays like Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Baby Back Ribs and Smoked Chicken we branch out a bit with Pork Belly Confit, Pulled Duck and our famous Burnt Ends Mac and Cheese. When you dine in you are greeted with 7 bottles of sauce that fit neatly next to your table. One of our signature items is the Brandcheezie...a smoked venison sausage...

I am so sorry for your poor experience. We regularly use Gonnella products and had run out in the middle of service; which will not happen again. If you ordered online and did not receive 10% off then I will need to look into that because it is supposed to be automatic.

Again, I am terribly sorry and would love to make it up to you. Feel free to email me at charity@brandbbqmarket com, so that I may send you a coupon.

After having dinner here, we decided that Brand might be a better lunch spot. Their sandwich specials looked great. But alas, we ate dinner...so we got...

There are an increasing number of BBQ places in and around the city. This one was unremarkable, so I'll carry on with my favorites and seek out new places that I've not visited.

Brand BBQ's pulled pork is as good as you can expect in the North, and I'm the sort of guy who will fly to North Carolina just to have the good stuff. I haven't found better and you'll usually do worse.

The burnt ends mac and cheese has though smoky seared bits from the end of the pig, and the cheese fries are a bit sweet, tempting a heart attack. The pulled pork is served bare but you can...

Business description (6) view all

Brand BBQ is a cozy, modern BYOB restaurant in the hippest neighborhood (in our humble opinion) in Chicago, Logan Square. We’ve been serving up our non-traditional take on BBQ since October, 2009. Our homey space is filled with the scent of smokers working round the clock in the kitchen, buzz-worthy fare like Burnt Ends and Turducken, and a staff that loves ‘Q as much as you. We put our own...

Eating places

Welcome to Brand BBQ Market! We serve up some of the usual BBQ fare but we also throw in a couple curve balls. Pulled Duck, Pork Belly Confit, Smoked Tofu and Bourbon Smoked Candied Pecans are among some of our unusual items. We offer 7 different house-made sauces. Make sure you try our Burnt Ends either with the Mac N Cheese, in the Burger, in The Beast or all by themselves! Oh...and don't...

Tips about this business (4)

Both barbecue purists and foodies can feed their cravings at this casual Logan Square joint where the familiar brisket and pulled pork share grill space with the more novel smoked pork belly confit. A sweet smoke wafts from the kitchen where chefs cook over apple, cherry and hickory coals. Wall-mounted chalkboards suggest complementary pairings for the seven protein options and seven sauces, such as the smoked pulled duck with sweet Southern Comfort and peach sauce. Sides like smoked gouda mac ’n’ cheese with burnt ends (deep-friend, double-smoked brisket fat) and bourbon creamed corn round...

The Extras

On your way out, grab a bag of candied pecans from the basket by the register. These tasty morsels are smoked over used bourbon barrels, giving them a complex sweet/salty/smoky flavor.

What to Drink

The restaurant is BYOB, so don’t forget to bring along a six-pack.

Know Before You Go

Vegetarians, who often struggle at barbecue restaurants, have abundant meat-free options like meatless chili, slabs of smoked tofu, portabella mushrooms and salads.
