I took my car in for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. They fit me right in and were very professional. During my oil change they mentioned that I could use a new air filter and wiper blades. I said go ahead and then was worried that it would be overpriced. I am not sure what the other commenters are talking about.... I received INCREDIBLE service from this Brake Specialists location.

They repaired my car honestly and with limited cost. I never felt taken advantage of, and I am fairly certain that I could not have gotten the same service for a lower cost anywhere in Austin.

Company cost me more money after a normal services. Not to mention bad customer services from the VP. Wow.

I did not have any issue with my transmission until I made a mistake and left it for service at Brake Specialist. After a normal transmission service (fluid change, fluid flush, and filter change) as soon as I left the lot I notice my truck was horrible and stuck in 2 or 3 gear.
