We had rented a rv for all winter the last 5 yrs @ $350 per week which incl.electric, cable tv and wi-fi. Well we haven't been able to rent one since they don't have them anymore. We also heard there's NO INTERNET ANYMORE. We never found 'Cindy'. We couldn't find hardly anyone that were usually always there by now. The msgs we left were never answered as of yet. Theres so much dog poop around...

No one answers the phone or returns messages

Have called three times to make reservations, left messages and no one returns our calls. Is this place open? What type of management doesn't return calls? Something is not right here. From reading these reviews the owners MUST be absent or just don't care.

Lots of shade in most spaces. Could use a little more policing of the grounds. Quite a few cig butts in our site. Nice pool and hot tub, not big but enough. Pricing is very reasonable I think. Have mail service in club house and nice onsite laundry with another laundromat within walking distance. No highwaqy noise as it is far from I-17. In February my husband's company moved him to Phoenix from Yuma, AZ. We looked at Pioneer RV Park and KOA as potential sites for our 39 foot RV Rig. Both Parks were not to our standards.
