Got my nose pierced there did a great job, only problem is I payed with my card and they took more money out than they said. And I haven't gotten it back yet

I just called this facility and they were extremely rude.the man who answered the phone was very condesending and in too much of a hurry to answer my question politely. He replid he couldn't help me over the phone and that I would need to come in person. If this is the type of service they give....no thank you...
