At about 6 pm the office was locked. In fact, there were no vehicles in the lot and no lights in units. it appeared to be closed up.

gone down hill

It has gone down hill since the last time we stayed here. There was so little water pressure we could not even take a shower in the morning.. The internet only works in the first 2 room next to the office. The cost is cheap.but still not worth the money. Better to spend a little more and get a better...

It was centrally located between Jacksonville and Gainsville. Didn't have to go through lobby to get to room.\n\nThe motel is old and dreary. It was below average in terms of amenities (no coffee, for instance). Area was depressing.

Old but clean

The rooms are small but clean. The price is good if you are on a budget. Most of the room are rented by permanent tenants so there is no a lot of noise or parking lot traffic. The man running it did his best to meet our needs

No, minimal features and amenities.\n\nold TV and shower head.\n\nOld Florida motel...not many upgrades from original construction. I would not stay there again.
