I attempted to have my 28 yr old husband admitted here. He suffered a severe stroke and is unable to speak or walk alone. My mother was a resident here. She got two bad urinary tract infections while in this facility. Her depends were sopping wet with urine and blood when went to visit her. We cleaned her up and reported this to the front desk, and also to the social worker. My mom's teeth also had not been brushed in quite awhile. Needless to say she ended up in the hospital,
