I have medicaid. My copay is $0
But dr foster wanted me to pay for UA test and refused to se me once a week to get testosterone shots and I was forced to pay. Contacted INS Co. KNOWING I HAVE MEDICADE INS. & not filing ins is against the law. It's not up to the doctor to pick and choose which bill I pay. I complained to my insurance company and they contacted my doctor to reimburse my payments...

Doctor Foster and his nurse Marie are by far the most amazing people I have ever meet the staff go above and beyond to take care of me I have suffered from anxiety for many year I did not have a doctor to turn too doctor foster came highly recommended and thanks to doctor foster and Marie and all the staff I finally have my life back they always went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable...

Absolute worst doctors office I have ever experienced. The front office staff is completely unprofessional as well as one nurse in particular, Marie. This whole practice needs to be shut down and the Dr lose his license.
