This office charges $40 to send a pre authorization to your insurance that they don't even care enough to actually send. We paid out of pocket for our prescriptions for a MONTH when we have insurance. Switched doctors a couple times and they both had it authorized before we even got to the pharmacy.. for FREE! Charged Mme about 15 to $20,000.00 total for bridges and PROMISED they will never come out and they came out within a month or less breaking a tooth and he glued it back in with the broke tooth and said that he is done with me. Had to file a complaint with dental board and never got a refund. HE IS A LIAR AND A CROOK AND DID MORE DAMAGE THAT COST ME MORE MONEY.
