Terrible! Very disappointed that the ownership would not care and take no action when a group kindergarteners was being hurt by 12 years olds. The owner actually got mad at our group for trying to reprimand one of the older kids. Take your kids and money somewhere else. There are plenty of bounce place alternatives around, you don't have to deal with these people!
