No question that this place serves tasty bbq but I would suggest taking it out as there is really no atmosphere there. It's also quite pricey for what should be casual grub. Staff are friendly and there are few places like this so give it a try.

The chili is by far the best around -- without question! A.D. and his wife (and staff) do a bang up job with this small BBQ joint. I have had the catfish sandwich and the chili several times and have not been disappointed. And they have a few interesting bottled beers as well. You can't go wrong here. A fine...

Excellent experience. Went with my wife, 12-year-old daughter and toddler son on the way home from the beach. 2 dinner entrees was enough to feed us, keeping the bill under $40. The BBQ chicken and baby-back ribs were excellent. Had beans, potato salad and collard greens as sides. Seating area was small but adequate and clean. Decor/color reminded our daughter...

I was so disappointed. Big fat bones of meat that were just pasted with 'average' sauce. And I do mean pasted. I would not go back!

Wife & I went on a Saturday night-not real busy. Small, nicely furnished-maybe seating for 30. Took 10 minutes for the only waitress to get to us for which she apologized. Took orders-no wine as the 'truck couldn't deliver due to snow storms.'????? Food arrived quickly. Baby back ribs-rack of 6. meaty with no fat, appeared to be well seasoned...
