Had my carpet cleaned by Bottom Dollar Carpet this morning.....won't make that mistake again! How can anyone clean living room, 1 bedroom, hallway in 30 minutes, $114 later? (They didn't even have to move anything but the couch!) was rude and complained about the dog hair! Hello!!

Horrible customer service. There before the time they closed seen us there started turning out lights and said they were closed. Told them we only needed 5 minutes and he was very very rude. We were going to buy carpet and have them redo our kitchen but no way would we even consider them based on the rude service received today.

Don't use this company for granite counter tops.....repeat*.......do not use this company for granite countertops.
