After telling Bottini that our usage would be changing and we need to increase our delivery schedule. They didn't make changes and now after a snowstorm we have no fuel. And when we spoke to customer service they were giving us a hard time to deliver within 48hrs!!!

Have been using them since I moved to orange County. Live them. Oil always comes when needed and never an issue with service. No heat today, 1 hour later heat. That's great

I am totally disgusted with the service I get. I have had problems with the system for well over 6 months. I keep getting techs that don't know my system or order wrong parts. I get promised a phone call a supervisor and still waiting since July 2015 for that call. Today a tech came again and now we have no hot water....if it were just me I could handle waiting until tomorrow but with a special...

I have to express how nice the service representatives are at Bottini. I've had over utility companies over charged us, send us the wrong bills, and never pick up the phone. I called the other day to open an account and Dana Capuano was so helpful. She knew exactly what information I needed and went out of her way to be helpful.
