The Bothell Ridge Apartments looks nice on the outside. Make sure that you tour the unit prior to signing anything. The appliances are very outdated and old. The people who live in these apartments are extremely loud and obnoxious. I lived in the G building on the ground floor and the renters above me were very noisy.
