Under new ownership, this place is great! The new owner really cares about her clients and it shows! The back up what they do - I came back two days after a boo boo - and they fixed it free of charge. Def. impressed!

This place has great customer service and the staffs are awesome with the new managements and friendly customer services.The place is very clean, relax and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely will come back Bothell Nails and will refer this place to all of my friends.
