TL:DR - Cat Piss, Killed Dog, Staff Rude at Times; This place sucks. Strong odor of cat piss whenever you walk in. We have encountered rude staff, Ashley was the only consistently friendly staff memeber. Our dog was 17 years old but still alive and well. He was having trouble with his foot. The doctor …

I took my CW and Zodiac to Boston Road Clinic yesterday. The nurse who helped us was very kind and so was the doctor. I really appreciated them and the experience. They even helped me stay within my budget for the visit. I will recommend them to everyone all day long!! :D

Dr. Burns and his staff are exceptional at taking care of all my animals as well as making me feel comfortable in decision making for their care. I just could not take my sweet Parker and Max anywhere else. They have helped me when I lost Bogie to understand there was nothing else I could do to have sustained his life. My pets are not just another patient to them, they are family.
