I am happy to give BOSS Resurfacing an A+ for a job well done

As I had said I would do in my previous review, I did call Boss Resurfacing to give me a quote on my pool deck and patio areas and this is the review of my experience with this company.

After reading all of the positive reviews of this company along with some of the not so positive and absolutely ridiculous ones, I have made my assessment and I feel (based on what I have read and actually experienced) my review reflects an accurate depiction of Boss Resurfacing.
We were interested in the stamped concrete process to cover our existing pool deck and patio as the patio was washed aggregate and pool deck was a spackle texture.
First of all I did get quotes from two other local companies to do the same work. Not only were the other products more expensive but they did not look like real stone to me. When we called Boss Resurfacing, they invited us to visit their showroom to see samples of their Mega-Crete High Definition stamped concrete overlay. It was just as all the reviews had said, absolutely amazing. You truly do have to see it to believe it. All of the patterns and designs really do look like the real thing. The crews were just as reviewed by most, EXCELENT.

Very good job by Boss Resurfacing and Outdoor Living

Now are days where it seems it is very difficult to find a competent, trustworthy contractor. We are happy to say that we have come across "Boss Resurfacing & Outdoor Living". We found the contractors of the "Boss Resurfacing & Outdoor Living." to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and cordial. Unlike a former pool contractor we had used (my wife called him the "contractor from hell") the employees of "Boss Resurfacing & Outdoor Living" more than well competent in the work they performed; we would consider their work to be excellent. They begin work when they say they will begin, they care for the work area, and they continue to work until the job is complete.
We had a problem we could not previously resolve regarding an uneven waterline of the pool, so we consulted to others in this business and no one could provide a viable solution; in came "Boss Resurfacing & Outdoor Living" and they had an idea which not only properly solved the problem but also made the pool better than we anticipated.
When finished with their work, they clean-up beautifully so the area where they worked looks as good, if not better, than before they began the work.
One last thing and this is important to us, we were very satisfied with their pricing; for the quality of the work they performed and the amount of time involved in completing the work, we found the contract price of Boss Resurfacing & Outdoor Living to be extremely fair and we got more from them than any other contractor offered.
We definitely recommend Boss Resurfacing & Outdoor living.

A couple of Happy snow birds! Thanks BOSS Resurfacing for a GREAT JOB

When we moved here from Tampa we needed a contractor to help renovate the back of our new house and to build us a new outdoor living area.

Living in Florida our whole lives, we have seen many different designs and we needed someone who could understand our need to bring a little piece of home to our new Texas home. We asked around and got many different names of contractors who did this type of work in the area and the one contractor that was named every time was Boss Resurfacing out of Grapevine.
It was funny, everyone we asked had their little list of contractors that they have heard of, and/or done business with, but Boss was the only one out of ten contractors that was on everyone’s list. We called Boss Resurfacing to come out and give us a quote on the work we needed done and, just as we were told would happen, they hit the mark exactly.
Not only did they understand our needs but they made suggestions that saved us money and got us a lot more than we had expected. We got better windows on the back of the house than we expected and the outdoor living area turned out better than we ever dreamed. These guys are good!
The closest bid was over $5,000 more than Boss and we got a lot more than the other companies quoted.
I recommend Boss Resurfacing and everyone should call these guys and see for yourself what I’m talking about.

Another beautiful job by Boss Resurfacing
Last year we had Boss Resurfacing come into our house to remove water damaged flooring and replace it with their Mega-Crete stamped concrete overlay. Because we were so impressed with their company we decided to use Boss Resurfacing to remodel our pool and to install stamped concrete the pool deck this fall. Our pool was outdated and did not meet the current standards for a modern day pool and we hated even looking at it. Our equipment was not working properly and the overall system was broke. So we called on Boss Resurfacing to help. Once again, we visited their showroom in Grapevine to look at our options for tile, coping and plaster. They have two walls of tile to chose from and a small pool right in their showroom with examples of the types of plaster available. We also had a complete equipment overhaul. The buying experience has always been a pleasure while working with this contractor. Our pool and deck look better than we expected (considering the circumstances) and our circulation system is now fully functional for the first time since we moved in. Boss has made our backyard a place that we look forward to hanging out more often this coming summer. We can’t wait until swim season. Take my advice, call these guys before you make any decisions on a contractor for your indoor our outdoor living needs. Boss Resurfacing is awesome and I highly recommend them. After receiving quotes from 3 other companies we decided to go with Boss Resurfacing. Kenneth came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and gave us some great ideas on what would fit well with our pool deck and price range. My complaint is that the crew that actually came out to install the product did not clean up after themselves well and in fact left large chunks...
