We turn going to Borders into a family event. They have books and activities for all ages. They have a wonderful kids section and they have a calendar of events for the children. This summer they offered a reading program for the kids. If you read certain number of books they gave you a free book. Great incentives!!

This Borders store is amazing. It must be one of the biggest book stores in San Diego. The pure variety of what they offer is phenomenal. Youll be surprised at some of the titles that they hold. I was pleasantly surprised to find a title that I read during my youth, in a new and reprinted edition last time I went. The support is awesome and I love to drop by this store.

its a great place to go if you're walking around downtown. why? because parking sucks. but its a nice, well lit, and large borders.
they have a large selection of books, magazines and other publications and if you can't find it there you can order it. the only unfortunate thing area that its located in seems a little shady.
