The facility was very clean the animals were well cared for and even given their plush bedding supplied by Finger Lakes. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the managers were very knowledgeable. Even the dogs that entered the door for their daycare program work cited to be taken back by staff. This is a great business!

The facility is immaculate. It is literally an amusement park for your dog/cat. Tentative staff with great owners, they are our choice for our pup.

I can not say enough positive things about Finger Lakes Pet Resort, especially Tricia Kennedy. My female standard poodle, Miss Yvette and I have been taking both group and private lessons with Trisha.
