New management is very rude. I think Bill is his name. The employees are nice HS kids. They were all great w the kids. I wish there was security like Chuck E Cheese.

This place is horrific! It's filthy and outdated, the games are mostly broken or don't work properly, the staff is basically irrelevant as they offer no greetings when entering the establishment....
