Good restaurant gone bad

Took my wife to this restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day. It was very crowded but we were seated promptly as we had reservation. Our order was taken promptly, drinks served promptly, then an hour and 5 minutes until entres arrived.
House salad was very good. Steak was cold and tasteless. Crab cake was fishy, cold and totally tasteless. No lemon...

I've then going to Bonefish Grill for years and I've always had impeccable service. Yesterday was date night for me and my boyfriend and we went to Bonefish in Belleair our server must have been new because she didn't know the answers to anything.
The food was good, but the service left slot to be desired.

We had a group of 15.....our server was efficient and friendly. We had our drinks and appitizers very quickly, the meal was delicious and no one waited or wanted for anything.

Service was slow and server clueless! Avoid this place. Took 45 min to get food in empty place because the cook forgot our order!!!!!

All I can say is thank god the bartenders know what's going on.. Great Chipotle Bloody Mary's!! Food was a bust, service was another bust. ..
