I think these guys are a big fish in a little pond. Arrogant, rude and demeaning if you disagree with them or question thier word. That is of course unless you are a good old boy from Guntersville. Small minds and bad attitudes.

""We service what we sell"" as it states on their website..........only if you are in the lawn care business. For the average homeowner, you have to wait....and be told what you want to hear. Took my $1000 Toro Timemaster in to replace a leaking transmission after only 6 months of use...I was told 3-5 days to fix prior to bringing it in....then hours later the same manager told me 5-7 days when I took it in...then the excusses began....part didn't arrive....had to fire my mechanic......my new mechanic had family issues....then was promised a date and was told to call him back in 15...

Our recent attempt to have our mower repaired by bonds has been a disaster. We originally had our mower picked up and returned after the repair. When the mower was returned, it was not operational due to damage from loading and unloading the mower by bonds. The repair person came back out and repaired the wire. Shortly afterward, we had to call again to have the wire repaired due to a bad...
