Bona and Sons came to my home to unclog a sink. I was charged 214.00 for this service. 69.00 was a diagnostic fee. Imagine paying $69.00 for a diagnosis " Your sink is blocked" that will be a 69.00 fee. When he was done we were charged another 135.00 and Andrew explained it would cost $1611.90 to fix the problem. So we paid $214.00 our sink was left unusable.
