Terribel coustomer service. A lady called Beena is rude and openly demads "tips" for more than 5 $$. She is also pretty terrible at what she does(threading), she cut my eyebrows at 4 different sites, was in a hurry and told me that if i am not satisfied than i dont have to come back since they have plenty of coustomers and that indian and pakistanis are really not her type of "clients"since...
I went to get my eye brows done and the 2 ladies, aisha and beena were arguing about who would actually do the job, beena proceeded to tell aisha you can take her"(which was me) since i was of indian origin so she did not expect a tip!!
I was so upset that i walked out and went across the street to bollywood salon where i go excellent tretment.
