Manager is tough. Our roof is leaking and no one comes to fix it... There is just N route to UNC and no bus after 7:00pm...

Excellent place to live if you are a student at UNC. Pros: the rent management is excellent plenty of space and it's pretty quiet. Cons: Leaky faucets apartments not thoroughly cleaned. I wouldn't move here if I had kids but it's great for students.
