We had different selections of food and it was all hot and prepared well. The area to order was too tight and people were standing all over. If you wanted additional sauces, you had to stand and wait a good while to get it. There was too much water and ice on the floor at the drink machine. Really dangerous....

The food is consistent in taste. The staff is friendly and willing to fix any mistakes they made. This is a lot to say in times like this. The chicken seems to be dry at times but the taste is consistent. The Bojangles in Benson NC seems to be fast at the drive thru
