You really get 0 stars for your service. There is no designated office to check in and get a wheel chair. When we called ahead, the lady couldn't even tell us where to get a wheel chair. All she said are there are none available. Isn't there some kind of handicap accessible law? shame on you!!

Very nice (and large) mall. I've been here on two different occasions during two different visits to Boise. I've hit up all of the children's stores, as well as American Eagle, Forever 21, and Macys.
