Maintenance is horrendous, communications are difficult because of favoritism and an inept administration, and stress levels are unforgivably high for residents.
On the plus side some locations are nice. Also doing business with a car dealership would be worse. Maybe the staff would be better if the pay-scale was a little higher with more employees, especially in maintenance.
