I've been to Bohemian Crystal many times and haven't experienced what other customers have regarding poor customer service. I usually have a Latino gentlemen help me but the owner at the register has been very helpful with advice as well. In fact, she gave me a few wax-tipped applicators for rhinestone work for free. :)

Well I have been coming to this shop for over 4 yrs now but not necessarily for the Crystal. I have to be honest the staff and lines were a little to intimidating for me to shop for my crystals there. Well, I went to see for myself what all the hub-bub was around Bohemian Crystal. All I can say is wow. Rude staff? I don't think so. They were the nicest and coolest people.
