I was told it was an "easy to cancel" policy and I wanted to cancel verbally with the manager months ago (August). They did not comply with my request. THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP. I along with literally every mother in my a.m. fitness classes are very dissatisfied and concerned with the current morning kid care employee at the Brimhall fitness spa. Clean facility, friendly staff, and hardly anyone is in the women's-only section of this place. I can get a workout without worrying about people staring at me 0_o
