This place is great !it's two floors & tons of equipment! It's truly a hidden gem & you wouldn't know about it unless you're from the area it's right off Broadway close to rt30 they have plenty of experienced trainers & always willing to help the fitness classes are great & a nice change ! Treat yourself & I think you will be happy !
