I have been going to Linda at Beach Body Design for several years. The atmosphere in the studio is very pleaseant and makes working out FUN!Allof the trainers and clients are so friendly.She provides a personalized program to meet my specific needs.She watches carefully to be sure that I am getting the most benefit from each exercise.
