Excellent Service and Price

I had been with an agent for years who only had one company. Because of a number of my friends, I decided to call Bodiford Insurance...So glad I did! Better price and people who seem to really care about helping me. Can't recommend them enough!!

Rude agent/owner? (Keith), horrible service, smart attitude, acted like they did not need the business, sat there like his butt was glued to the chair and had better things to do. I had been with an agent for a number of years who only had one company. After a few years of successive increases I decided to ask a number of my friends who they had their insurance with. A large majority of them said Bodiford Insurance, so after this last price increase, I gave them a call.Best thing I ever did! The people whom work for this company are incompetent and unwilling to resolve mistakes made by their employees. I would EXTREMELY suggest shopping around for other insurance before subjecting yourself to being treated as poorly and rudely as I was treated. I do NOT recommend them and you will save yourself a lot of trouble if you go elsewhere. Thanks for your time and good luck!
